AI employees: five role-scoped agents
OperativeOps ships agents tuned to five business roles. Each one is a scope, not a character: it reads only the sources you connect, acts only through the tools you grant, and every model decision lands in an append-only audit ledger. Self-hosted on your own infrastructure — Docker Compose, on-premises Kubernetes, or air-gapped.
AI CTO
Technical strategy, code review summaries, vendor evaluation, and architecture guidance. Reads the repositories you grant; cannot merge or deploy.
AI HR manager
Policy Q&A with handbook citations, onboarding drafts, review prep, and GDPR/BDSG § 26 triage. Employee records stay inside the fields you expose.
AI CEO
Alignment briefs, board prep, OKR drafting, and cross-functional sequencing. Drafts for review; holds no authority to approve or commit.
AI marketing director
Campaign planning, copy review against your brand guidelines, channel strategy, and attribution checks. Cannot spend budget or publish.
AI analytics lead
Metric definition, dashboard review, anomaly explanation, and PII-aware summaries. Read-only against your warehouse — SELECT and nothing else.
